This award recognizes the company who has made an outstanding and innovative contribution to significantly improving customer centricity and their customer experience, whether through use of advanced analytics, new products/services or other concepts which have dramatically improved customer service, experience or satisfaction. Applicants must provide evidence of the improvement achieved.

UXP systems

This award recognizes the company that has made an outstanding and innovative contribution to significantly improving customer centricity and their customer experience. This award went to UXP Systems for its efforts to supercharge Liberty Global’s digital business capabilities. UXP’s User Lifecycle Management (ULM) enabled the implementation and launch of Liberty Global’s operator-branded Digital-ID platform (FlowID) in its Cable & Wireless group, unifying all operator core and cloud services around individual C&W users in less than 12 months and introducing more than 25 new services, rapidly reducing time to market for C&W from weeks to a matter of days.
