Royal KPN, Vlocity and Salesforce won this award for KPN’s transformation into a digital telco. KPN’s business services division selected Vlocity and Salesforce to modernize customer experience, accelerate time to market for new products and services, streamline business processes, and reduce cost by retiring legacy business support system (BSS) applications.
